Client Success Specialist Location:
Washington Depot, CT Reports to: Senior Customer Service Manager About the
Position:
Our Client Success team is the first line of communication between our company and our extensive, worldwide client network of clinicians. We are looking for someone who can create a positive experience for our clients with every phone call. The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, and hardworking. The candidate must be able to multi-task and absolutely must be a team player. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
  • Interacting with customers via inbound calls, chat, and emails to provide information and assistance.
  • Placing orders, scheduling specimen pick-ups, locating results for our clients are everyday tasks.
  • Achieving productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of "
GOLD STANDARD
" customer service.
  • Recording customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Referring unsolved customer issues to designated supervisor for resolution. The shifts we are currently hiring for are 10a-7p or 11a-8p ET -Monday through Friday. Please do not apply if these hours do not fit within your schedule.
