This individual will work closely with Wealth Advisors to manage account administration, facilitate client requests, prepare for meetings, and ensure each interaction is handled accurately, thoughtfully, and efficiently. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, takes ownership, and ensures clients feel known, supported, and well cared for. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Account Administration Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client service and account-related needs. Assist with new account opening, onboarding, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance. Facilitate money movement and other client transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare and process client documentation and coordinate with custodians and other third parties. Maintain accurate client records and activity within the firm's systems and CRM. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and ensure follow-through from start to finish. Client & Advisor Support Coordinate client meetings and assist with preparation and follow-up. Gather and organize information to support financial planning and wealth management needs. Partner with Wealth Advisors and other team members to anticipate and address client needs. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Handle all client information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in client service, financial services, wealth management, banking, or another high-touch professional-services environment. Prior wealth management, RIA, or family-office experience is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology platforms. Experience with Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, Addepar and custodian platforms is preferred.
