Sharecare is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Escondido! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and providers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from members and providers. Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Document interactions accurately using internal systems. Educate callers on available programs, services, and benefits. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues and partner with internal teams when needed. Meet performance, quality, and attendance expectations. Build rapport with callers and adapt your communication style to meet their needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
