Duties Develop and articulate the overarching creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand goals and market positioning Lead the design process across multiple platforms, including web, print, video, and social media, utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, InVision, and others Oversee layout design, art direction, branding initiatives, and visual storytelling to create cohesive and compelling content Manage a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and multimedia specialists to foster collaboration and high-quality output Drive innovation in digital design by integrating latest trends in UI/UX, web design (HTML/CSS), and multimedia production Coordinate with marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand standards while exploring new techniques in color theory, typography, and layout design for maximum impact Qualifications Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, art direction or related creative leadership roles Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated expertise in branding strategy, visual design principles, typography, color theory and layout composition Skilled in web design fundamentals including HTML and CSS; experience with video production/editing is a plus Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent leadership skills with a track record of inspiring creative teams and fostering a collaborative environment Knowledge of photography techniques and print advertising is desirable Join us as we craft inspiring visual stories that elevate our brand!
