Vector Fleet Management, an Amerit Fleet Solutions Company, is seeking an Service Writer to join our team in Washington, DC!Compensation:
Competitive Hourly Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday!Pay range:
$19.00-23.00 per hour, depending on experience!Shift:

High School Diploma or GED Automotive Service Writers should have a minimum of two years' experience Must have the ability to effectively communicate customers' needs both verbally and in the company FMIS system. Must have experience coordinating directly with customer drivers and operator's vehicles for equipment that requires service and repair Must have computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel) and the ability to learn new FMIS systems. Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check Solid organizational and people skillsWorking Conditions:
Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job. Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise. Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance Ability to move and position heavy objects Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
