Retail Customer Service Representative/Cashier

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and friendly Retail Customer Service Representatives to join our Country Corners Market team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while handling transactions efficiently in a fast paced environment. You will be part of ensuring great customer experience through effective communication and product knowledge. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store environment. Follow all safety procedures to always ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience working with lottery sales is an advantage . Supervisory skills are a plus for those interested in leading a team. Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Competence in cash handling procedures with attention to detail in basic math calculations. Physical Requirements Standing and walking up to 8 hours a shift. Squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, light lifting up to 25lbs. Join us at Country Corners Market as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and store success! Must be available to work shifts between 5 am - 10 pm and available 7 days a week.
