Job Description
On behalf of our client, a premier provider of industrial equipment solutions, we are seeking a Sales Support & Procurement Coordinator. This role is the "engine room" of the sales cycle, ensuring that customer quotes are accurate, vendors are managed, and orders are delivered as promised. This is a hybrid-style role perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes logistics. You will support the regional sales team by managing the quoting process, communicating directly with customers, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure every order is a success.

Support the sales team by generating timely, accurate quotes for customers, including the application of appropriate margins.Cost Sourcing:
Gather pricing from historical data and internal manufacturing resources to ensure competitive and profitable estimates.Customer Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing order status updates and technical information as required.Order Entry & ERP Management:
Manage the full order lifecycle within the ERP system, ensuring Engineering and Supply Chain have all necessary data.Project Coordination:
Evaluate customer requirements for equipment repairs or upgrades and coordinate the necessary implementation steps between departments.Vendor & Supply Advocacy:
Work closely with purchasing and production to expedite orders, ensuring the customer s timeline is always the priority.Business Growth:
