Schedule:

Part-time, hourly Sundial is hiring a part-time Client Service Associate to own Schwab account onboarding and maintenance. Direct Schwab Advisor Services experience is required. What you'll own: New account openings through to funded status LPOAs, LOAs, journals, ACAT transfers SMA onboarding coordination Account updates and Schwab service issue resolution Status tracking on all in-flight items You're a fit if you have: Hands-on experience with Schwab Advisor Center Processed LPOAs, LOAs, and SMA onboarding Familiarity with account types: individual, joint, trust, IRA, SMA Strong documentation accuracy — first-pass acceptance is the standard RIA back-office experience (preferred) To apply: Email resume to with a brief note on your Schwab experience.
