While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of services for a wide range of individuals. Our Support Specialist will connect with new families looking for support, help with clerical tasks including maintaining databases, and assist with other administrative duties. - Assist with administrative duties including data entry, report writing, supply ordering, etc.
- Answer inquiries from incoming contacts.
- Conduct phone intake interview for families.
- Provide local resources to families.
- Update databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and review documentation for accuracy according to industry standard guidelines.
- Work with Leadership team.
- Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Attend internal meetings weekly Other duties may be assigned.
