The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a timely manner. Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with stock management. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in stock management is beneficial.
