Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer service super star, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to interact with clients and provide support in a dynamic environment and keep our store stocked. Must be able to work weekends.
WE ARE A DRUG FREE WOKPLACE.
You will start at $14.00 per hour. There will be 2 test to take once these written written test are passed you will receive a $1 per hour raise for each test passed. $16.00 per hour upon passing both test. Duties- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Stock store throughout the day, face shelves
- Slice Deli Meats and Cheeses
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products to customers
- Sweep, clean and dust store
- Utilize Clover point of sale system
- Greet every customer who walks through the door. Our customers are like family to us. We want them to feel welcome and appreciated. Thank them for their business when they leave.
- Accruately Pack orders for delivery and customer pick up
- Keep store shelves pulled and orderly
- Drive delivery truck occasionally
- no CDL required
- Other responsibilities as needed Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pound boxes regularly through out the day, there is a lot of lifting with this job
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in heat and adverse weather
- Abilty to work in Coolers and Freezers through out the day
- Experience in sales, client services, or related fields is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Florida Drivers License, safe driver, no tickets or accidents, no out of state driver license Days and Hours Every Other Saturday 10:30-2:30 Every Sunday 10:30-2:30 With other days and times as needed
