What You'll Do Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Maintain organized and accurate records. Use digital tools such as Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and Google Drive. Learn details about more than 300 products. Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization. Operate basic office equipment (counting scale, label printer, inkjet printer, etc.). Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, results-driven environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Typing speed of at least 50 wpm. Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies. Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
