As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone & email.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client services processes and procedures
• Answer high volume of calls and perform data entry tasks Skills required:
• Typing and computer skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate information to clients in a clear and concise manner
