Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience. Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Handle multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including room changes, amenities requests, and local information to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate front desk records, including guest logs, incident reports, and night audit procedures when applicable. Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure seamless guest services and resolve any issues swiftly. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures will help streamline operations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge hotel environments enhances understanding of hospitality standards and guest expectations. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential for effective communication. Prior experience in guest services roles within hospitality settings is highly desirable to excel in this position.
