Job Description
We're hiring a CSR — Koosh Insurance We're an independent commercial P&C agency in Florida writing policies in all 50 states. The team is growing and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to own the quoting stage — from prepared submission to bound policy. What you'll do: Work with carriers and wholesale brokers to get quotes Build client proposals from carrier quotes and send them out Review submissions before they go to market — complete, accurate, ready Support the binding stage with the client and the carrier Log every quote, indication, and decline in the system — nothing falls through What we're looking for: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. — required Strong English — working with U.S. underwriters and clients (required) Accuracy, organization, and the ability to run many files at once Comfortable with digital systems and carrier portals Commercial insurance / agency / brokerage experience — strong plus Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license — plus
