About Us 1st Choice Door & Millwork supplies premium doors, trim, moulding, hardware, and wood products to contractors and homeowners across Central Florida. We keep projects on schedule with fast, accurate quotes, honest pricing, and reliable pickup or job-site delivery from our Orlando and Daytona locations. Our Daytona office serves Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding communities. The Role As our Daytona location grows, we're adding a second Customer Service Representative to our front desk team. You'll work alongside our current CSR as one of the first people our customers, contractors, and vendors see when they walk through the door — and often their first impression of 1st Choice by phone or email, too. This is a desk-based office role, not a warehouse position: your day is centered on greeting people, answering calls and emails, and keeping orders and jobs moving smoothly. What You'll Do Greet every walk-in with a warm, professional welcome — you're part of the face of 1st Choice Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally Help contractors and homeowners select doors, trim, moulding, hardware, and specialty wood products Prepare quotes and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate local pickup and job-site deliveries Track order status, follow up on special-order items, and resolve issues quickly Keep the front desk and office area clean, organized, and welcoming Learn our product lines, lead times, and common applications so you can give confident recommendations Work closely with our current CSR, sales, warehouse, and the Daytona branch manager What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Comfortable being a first point of contact — poised and welcoming with everyone from first-time homeowners to long-time contractors and vendors Clear verbal and written communication Comfort working with both contractors (who need speed and accuracy) and homeowners (who often need more guidance) Basic computer skills (email, order systems, spreadsheets) Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office environment, and to work well as part of a two-person front desk team Reliable transportation and availability for Monday-Friday daytime hours Nice to have (not required) Experience in building materials, millwork, lumber, hardware, or construction supply Familiarity with interior/exterior doors, trim profiles, or hardware Why Work Here Competitive pay Health and dental insurance 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Small, established team that values reliability and good service Learn a specialized product line used on real local jobs Direct impact on contractor schedules and homeowner projects Stable weekday schedule (closed weekends), office-based — no warehouse or heavy lifting required 1st Choice Door & Millwork is an equal opportunity employer.
