Job Description

Are you interested in working in a fun, fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will get to work with people from all around the world? Skydive DeLand, a world-renowned skydiving facility, is hiring! We are looking to grow our customer service team and have an immediate opening. You'll fit in well if you are an enthusiastic, energetic multi-tasker with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering top-notch customer service. You do not need to have any skydiving experience to join the team. However, we hope that you're interested in our sport; believing in a product makes it much easier to sell it. Skydive DeLand is open every day of the year beginning at 8:00 am and we stay open until at least 5:00 pm, and sometimes as late as sunset. Job Responsibilities be able to greet guests in a cheerful and professional manner, in person, on the phone, and by email be a punctual, tactful, and dependable team player be able to maintain a cash drawer and record customer information accurately be able to evaluate customer needs and assist in making purchasing decisions be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment be able to maintain attention to detail and complete tasks thoroughly have basic computer skills and be able to follow point-of-sale procedures experience in hospitality and/or aviation is a bonus experience in the skydiving industry is not required, but interest in it will be helpful must be a U.S.
