Salary Range:

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Make your name great in our community by: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage details. Process policy changes, endorsements, and other service requests accurately and efficiently. Help customers with billing questions and payment arrangements. Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system. Collaborate with the sales and claims teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Prior to starting my agency in October 2006, I began a career in the financial industry in 1999. I graduated from the Naval Explosive Ordinance Disposal School in 1976 and am a retired US Air Force member.

As a trusted Allstate agent, I believe in giving back to my community. I am a member of the Destin, Niceville and South Walton Chambers of Commerce, the Destin Rotary Club, the Destin Methodist Church. My agency also supports The Taylor Haugen Foundation which recognizes youth leaders and promotes abdominal sports safety, and Aletha's Legacy which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that gives hope to the children of Liberia.

Outside of the office, my passions are fishing, camping and my grandchildren. Retired US Air Force. Native Floridian.
