We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and support the emotional wellbeing of our patients. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary: $80,000 Quarterly performance-based bonuses up to $20,000 annually 401(k) with company matching Comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, accident, hospitalization, and cancer coverage Malpractice insurance fully covered by company Paid time off : 10 business days annually (increasing to 15 days after 2 years of service), plus 6 paid holidays Supportive team culture and professional development opportunities Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling primarily to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities Conduct psychological assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans Refer patients to psychiatric medication management when appropriate Build strong working relationships with facility staff, patients, and families through regular rounds and communication Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards Qualifications Active Florida LMHC or LMFT license Ability to pass Level II background screening (AHCA requirements) Three professional references (LMFT, PsyD, or PhD preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care Schedule and Work Environment Monday - Friday, no formal on-call duty Work performed on-site in nursing homes and assisted living facilities (not remote)
