Position Overview We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth and premium experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Qualify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
• Manage WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups with leads
• Schedule consultations and assist with basic product inquiries
• Support the sales team with customer coordination
• Maintain and organize showroom to exhibit a professional and welcoming environment
• Show the showroom to the customers waiting to be attended
• Perform daily follow‑up calls to recover customers with long-term inactivity
• Help customer service team with any other duties, if needed
• Organize environment for company meetings/activities Requirements
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills (i.e., CRM, email, messaging apps, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage high volume of customer service tasks
• Ability to multitask
