At Fix, Flip or Design , we're in the business of finding and creating real estate opportunities. Every day, new leads come through the door. Some are ready to talk. Some need more time. Some disappear for a few weeks and suddenly become very interested again. Your job is to make sure the right opportunities don't get lost. This isn't a role where you're simply handed a list and told to "make calls." You'll be working real conversations, uncovering opportunities, and helping move potential deals forward. What You'll Actually Do Work a live pipeline of real estate leads through outbound calls and follow-up Respond to inbound calls and uncover what motivated sellers actually need Re-engage prospects who expressed interest but went quiet Ask thoughtful questions to understand a seller's situation and motivation Set appointments and identify opportunities for our acquisitions team Follow up consistently—because timing matters in real estate Keep your pipeline organized and your notes detailed Work closely with the team to turn conversations into real opportunities\ The Person We're Looking For You don't need to be a real estate expert by any means You do need to be comfortable having a lot of conversations. Maybe you've worked in: Sales Telemarketing Appointment setting Inside sales Customer service Lead generation High-volume outbound calling You'll probably do well here if you: Build rapport quickly Aren't afraid of rejection Stay persistent without being pushy Know how to listen—not just talk Are naturally curious about people and their situations Can manage your own follow-up without someone chasing you Like having measurable goals and knowing where you stand Want to learn how real estate deals actually happen Real estate experience is a plus, but it's absolutely not required.
