+ Commission Zeke's Roofing is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, energetic Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is not a typical customer service position. You'll be the first voice many homeowners hear when they contact Zeke's Roofing. Your job is to create a great first impression, understand what the homeowner needs, and turn inbound opportunities into scheduled appointments for our sales team. If you're great on the phone, competitive, organized, and motivated by earning more when you perform, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, web leads, and customer inquiries quickly and professionally Contact new leads immediately and work to schedule qualified roofing appointments Follow up with homeowners who have not yet scheduled Re-engage older leads and unsold opportunities Ask the right questions to understand the homeowner's roofing needs Clearly explain the next steps and build excitement for their appointment Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our CRM Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows Communicate closely with the sales and management teams Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting and performance goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time you pick up the phone Compensation Base Pay

+ Commission You'll have the security of a consistent base salary with the opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance. This position also includes a rotating on-call schedule during nights and weekends . When you are on call, commissions are paid at 3X the normal commission rate . For someone who is responsive, hungry, and wants to maximize their income, the after-hours opportunities can be a big advantage. Schedule & On-Call Expectations This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours. In addition, team members will rotate being on call during certain evenings and weekends to respond to new homeowner inquiries.

When you are on call:

You are expected to respond quickly to new leads You must be available by phone and text Speed to lead is critical Commissions earned during your on-call period are tripled On-call responsibilities are shared through a rotating schedule Who We're Looking For Strong phone and communication skills Friendly, confident, and professional personality Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls Competitive and motivated by goals Strong follow-up skills Organized and able to manage multiple customers at once Comfortable working with CRM software and technology Reliable, coachable, and accountable Able to handle objections without getting discouraged Willing and able to participate in the rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule Experience in roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, plumbing, home improvement, appointment setting, inside sales, call centers, or other home-service businesses is a major plus.
