Client Service Advisor - Wealth Management -
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with client investments and financial planning, along with a strong understanding of portfolio management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and asset protection.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a lead advisor and provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
Provide scheduled portfolio reviews and comprehensive financial planning advice.
Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and service requests.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client financial information.
Review financial statements, investment portfolios, goals, and other relevant client data.
Maintain and update client profiles within financial planning and CRM platforms.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for client meetings.
Conduct financial analysis across:
Investment portfoliosRetirement planningInsuranceTax planningEstate and trust planningAsset protectionCoordinate with internal support teams to ensure client requests and planning tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee delegated tasks and ensure timely follow-through.
Identify appropriate opportunities for additional financial planning, tax, estate, and asset protection services.
Participate in client retention and referral initiatives.
Collaborate with tax, legal, and other professional teams to coordinate comprehensive wealth strategies.

QualificationsCFP® certification completed or very close to completion.
ChFC® designation may also be considered.
Series 65 or Series 66 required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred/required.3+ years of experience in financial services, investments, and/or financial planning.
Experience working directly with investment and financial planning clients.
Strong knowledge of investment solutions and comprehensive financial planning strategies.
Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems.
Experience with MoneyGuidePro or similar financial planning software preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean U4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow through on commitments.
