• Speedy Monkey (Fort Lauderdale, FL) Who We Are Speedy Monkey is a premium toy & gift company based in Fort Lauderdale, selling nationwide to toy, baby, and gift stores.

To support our growth, we're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative . Your Role You'll be the first point of contact for customers (B2B & B2C), handling calls, emails, and online inquiries. You'll process orders, manage returns, and support our Sales Reps to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also help key accounts, oversee e-commerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces), and occasionally attend trade shows (1 or 2 per year) What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in customer service Strong communication & active listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Experience with Shopify & online marketplaces is a plus Job Type Full-time (hybrid: Wed & Fri remote).
