Service Writer- Kenworth Ft. Pierce, FL | All Roads We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team in Ft. Pierce, FL. As the first point of contact for our truck repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Compensation & Schedule Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission Full-time Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life and supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Paid training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred Experience with CDK strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Bilingual skills a plus Valid driver's license required Work Authorization The Company does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
