•Job Description We are hiring for a Technical Service Representative specializing in CAN bus systems for a growing company in the Jacksonville area that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The Service Technician interacts with customers professionally and courteously while receiving and discharging units at the Service Center. This role operates all makes and models of our products to diagnose and repair unit deficiencies. The technician prepares accurate written and electronic documentation, completes service orders in a timely manner, and supports customer satisfaction through clear communication. The technician must work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. The role may also include assembly work, requires knowledge of the product line, and may involve limited-service operations as needed.

Job Functions:

Identify operational deficiencies across all models of our products. Identifies materials, parts and supplies needed to complete a repair in a safe and efficient manner. You must be able to operate products of all models. Deep understanding of CAN bus protocols, multiplexing architecture, and the ability to read complex electrical schematics and blueprints. Follow prints and schematics as well as technical manuals. Also written and spoken instructions. Test, troubleshoot and repair Controller Area Network (CAN bus) lines, multiplex systems, and electronic control modules using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized scan tools Travel regularly to clients - 25%-50% travel

Education:
High School Diploma Experience:

3-5

Years Certifications:
ISO 11898-2

(Preferred) Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems. This is a drug free workplace. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
