You will actively engage with diverse clients, identify their insurance needs, and guide them through tailored coverage options, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, retail sales, and community engagement to promote insurance products. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and personalized service. Assist customers in understanding policy options, coverage benefits, and benefits administration processes to ensure informed decision-making. Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations related to sensitive health information. Analyze customer needs using analysis skills to recommend suitable insurance solutions that align with their financial goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase product awareness and customer engagement. Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Support bilingual or multilingual clients by offering clear communication in their preferred language to enhance accessibility and trust. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales progress. Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse communities effectively.
