Job Description:

Contentizer is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Loader to join our team in Hialeah, Miami, FL. This role is essential in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, materials, and shipments. The ideal candidate will help maintain organized workflows, support delivery schedules, and ensure products are handled with care and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information regarding services, orders, deliveries, and account details Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met Maintain and update customer records, service logs, and account information

Requirements:
