Cashier/Customer Service

In this role, you will manage transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, assist customers with their golf cart service requests, and ensure that each visit is positive and memorable. Duties Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with precision. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, and ensuring the store's presentation is inviting. Use strong communication skills to handle phone inquiries professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Support team members by supervising or assisting with customer service tasks during busy periods, ensuring smooth store operations, scheduling golf cart pick-ups and deliveries Keep shop and front porch clean with daily sweeping Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking between the office and garage.
