Pay range - $20/hr to $21/hr Position Summary The Customer Service Representative will support the Retirement Plan Service s (RPS) team by assisting Financial Advisors and Client Associates with retirement account servicing and maintenance. This role involves opening new retirement accounts, maintaining existing accounts, reviewing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer support while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to clients and internal partners. Assist with opening new retirement accounts and maintaining existing retirement accounts. Enroll retirement accounts in new products, service s, and account features. Review required documentation for completeness and accuracy.
