Customer Service Representative Prancer Capital is an auto finance company located in Lake Mary, FL. We are looking to add an employee to our Customer Service/ Collections department.

• Contact delinquent customers by mail, telephone or other approved methods i in order to solicit payments.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the company.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Qualifications:

• At least one year similar or related experience preferred.
• Would be willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize numerous tasks with great attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess good decision-making skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual a plus.
