Job Description
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referrals, office services and related activities, and for providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and staff members of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency as assigned.What the job involves:
Serve as the first point of contact by managing incoming calls, coordinating referrals, and providing accurate information to families, partners, and the community Coordinate and schedule client appointments, communicate updates to internal teams, and ensure timely follow-up on all referrals Maintain accurate records and perform data entry, tracking referrals, documenting client interactions, and preparing regular program reports Act as a liaison between internal staff and external partners, supporting collaboration and ensuring consistent communication and compliance with program requirements Support administrative operations by preparing correspondence, managing mail, organizing materials, and auditing records for accuracy and completenessQualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent. Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree. Two (2) years of related experience Bilingual English/Spanish required. Valid Florida's driver's license is required. Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse (learn more)Benefits Offered:
