Call Center Customer Service Representative Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
Shift:
Must have open availability for any shift between 7AM-7
PM Position :
Temporary Overview:
Join our call center team as we serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls only! You'll answer incoming phone calls in a high-volume phone queue, assisting the public with a variety of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from the public Assist with registration questions Provide information about voting locations and hours Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Customer-first mindset and non-partisan approach
