Customer Service Representative Full-Time | Water Treatment & Plumbing Company We are a growing water treatment and plumbing company seeking a dependable, professional Customer Service Representative to join our office team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls with confidence, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. Schedule service appointments and assist customers with their needs. Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers. Perform general office and administrative duties. Work closely with our office staff and field technicians to ensure excellent customer service. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to an from the office. Previous office experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept guidance. Team player who gets along well with others. Able to stay organized and perform well in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Available to work 40 hours per week . M-F from 8AM to PM Preferred Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks . Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Bilingual (English/Spanish).
