Gaspar Stitch LLC - Lutz Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Gaspar Stitch is a growing Tampa Bay branding studio specializing in commercial embroidery, branded uniforms, custom apparel, and personalized merchandise. We are looking for a reliable, organized, friendly, and sales-minded Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage our Lutz location and provide an excellent experience for our customers from their first inquiry through final pickup. This is a customer-facing position. You will essentially manage the day-to-day front-office experience at our Lutz location while working closely with our production team. What You'll Do Welcome and assist walk-in customers Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Help customers select embroidery, apparel, and branding options Prepare quotes and customer invoices Follow up on open quotes and potential sales Follow up with customers regarding proofs, approvals, payments, and orders Process payments Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs Keep customers updated on the status of their orders Verify order information before submitting jobs for production Communicate clearly with our embroidery/production team Maintain organized customer and order records Keep the Lutz showroom and front-office area organized and professional Help turn inquiries and quotes into completed orders Build relationships with local businesses and repeat customers What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Very organized Dependable and punctual Friendly and professional Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Comfortable using computers, email, invoicing systems, and point-of-sale software Able to follow up consistently without needing constant supervision Detail-oriented when entering orders and customer information Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale Able to manage several customers and orders at the same time Interested in becoming an important part of a growing local business Sales or customer-service experience is strongly preferred. Experience with embroidery, printing, promotional products, apparel, Shopify, or a similar industry is helpful but not required. We can train the right person. Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time position. No regular weekend schedule. Compensation $17.00 per hour Opportunity for growth as Gaspar Stitch continues expanding throughout the Tampa Bay area.
