Client Operations Lead Margate, FL Job Details Part-time $26 - $32 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Tax accounting Workflow management (operations management method) Mid-level Haitian Creole Client services Accounting Organizational skills Office management Communication skills Tax experience Progress tracking (project management tasks) Office experience Full Job Description Client Operations Lead Quality Tax Plus Services is hiring a Client Operations Lead to help bring more structure, follow-through, and consistency to how we serve clients and manage daily workflow. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and strong at keeping people and tasks moving. You will help improve client communication, manage follow-up, support intake and document collection, keep internal workflow organized, and help create a better operating rhythm across the business. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in office operations, client service, service-based business operations, or workflow coordination and wants to play a meaningful role in building a stronger business. What You Will Do Help manage client communication and follow-up so clients are not left waiting or confused Keep track of open tasks, pending documents, deadlines, and next steps Improve intake, handoff, and workflow organization across services Support status updates and communication between the front office, leadership, and production team Help organize systems, checklists, and simple operating procedures Track recurring operational issues and help leadership fix them Support collections, document chase, scheduling, and client readiness as needed Assist with keeping the office and client experience professional, organized, and responsive What Success Looks Like Faster and more consistent client follow-up Better visibility into where client work stands Fewer dropped balls and fewer leadership interruptions for routine issues Stronger workflow discipline and team accountability Better client experience from intake through completion What We Are Looking For Experience in operations, office management, client services, workflow coordination, or a similar role Strong communication and follow-through Ability to take ownership without needing constant direction Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many moving pieces Good judgment, professionalism, and calmness under pressure Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-based environment Experience in tax, accounting, insurance, healthcare administration, or another service business is a plus Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus, but not required Position Details Part-time, 25 to 30 hours per week Hourly pay based on experience and ability to take ownership Potential path to expanded hours or full-time for the right person Some increased workload may be needed during peak tax season
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
