Your Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line ambassador to our brand, dedicated to delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails and cases resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, empathetic, and solutions-oriented individual with a genuine passion for helping people. This role requires a strong focus on first-call resolution, building positive customer relationships, and contributing to our company's reputation for outstanding service. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 30 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Able to work independently
- Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
