Customer Service Representative

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Customer Service Representative for their Medley, Florida location. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding support to customers. The right candidate will be confident handling a variety of service-related concerns while maintaining professionalism, patience, and accuracy throughout each interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to create a positive experience across multiple customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls regarding damaged items, missing shipments, incorrect orders, and loyalty line inquiries Process customer orders by phone for both service and sales lines with accuracy and efficiency Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish when assisting customers, if bilingual Respond to customer emails with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions-driven approach Monitor and respond to customer reviews with empathy, tact, and attention to detail Maintain accurate task logs to support timely follow-up and proper issue resolution Follow up with customers regarding complaints to ensure concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved Work closely with the customer service team to identify recurring issues, share feedback, and improve internal processes Deliver a warm, patient, and professional brand experience during every interaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong reliability and punctuality with consistent adherence to scheduled hours Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and responsive to customer needs Customer-focused mindset with the ability to de-escalate concerns and provide empathetic support Previous customer service experience in a phone, email, or chat-based setting is a plus

Pay Rate:

$18.00 /hr
