CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

With our training program, we teach individuals how to become a successful Customer Service Rep in a professional manner. Hourly pay ($15.00 per hour) plus bonus ! This job offers a fun and challenging environment. Take mostly INBOUND calls from patients and help them resolve their hospital balances. Answer patient account questions and assist in setting up payment plans when necessary. The people we speak with are NOT Delinquent with the Hospital and typically are calling us to with questions or to make a payment.
