Client Services Associate

We are actively hiring a full-time Client Services Associate to join our growing team representing AT&T . This is an in-person, customer-facing role focused on sales, customer service, and client relationship management . As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the face of our team, helping customers understand AT&T products, guiding them through solutions, and delivering a high-quality experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to explain AT&T products, services, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend solutions while driving sales Process orders, applications, and customer information accurately and securely Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with sales and management teams to stay updated on offerings Provide feedback to improve customer experience and sales performance Maintain a professional, upbeat attitude in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with new people Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
