HVAC Supply Counter Sales & Customer Service Representative VeraCastell Air Conditioning Supply is looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused team member to work at our HVAC supply store in Miami Beach.

Responsibilities:

Assist contractors and walk-in customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies. Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone. Identify HVAC parts and help customers find the correct products. Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Receive, organize, and stock HVAC inventory. Answer customer questions regarding products, availability, and pricing. Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse. Work closely with contractors, technicians, and suppliers.

Requirements:

Previous HVAC supply, air conditioning, or parts-counter experience preferred. Knowledge of residential/commercial air conditioning parts and equipment. Customer service and sales experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license is a plus.
