Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales & Customer Service Specialist based in North Miami. In this role, you will assist customers by providing personalized support in the showroom, leverage your sales expertise to recommend products that meet their needs, and offer professional guidance on scent solutions. Daily responsibilities also include answering phones, responding to customer support inquiries via email, maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom, coordinating customer inquiries, and supporting seamless transactions while representing the high standards of The Magic Scent. Qualifications Experience with Showrooms and showroom operations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client interactions Sales experience, including the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Interest or background in Interior Design to guide customers in selecting suitable scenting solutions for various spaces Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site retail or showroom setting Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software Fluency in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are a plus A bachelor's degree or higher is required At least 3 years of sales experience Benefits Health Insurance after the initial trial period.
