Key Responsibilities:

1.

Customer Service, Sales and Product Knowledge:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assess customer needs to offer tailored recommendations for products that meets their preferences and requirements.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, availability, and delivery option
• Develop a thorough understanding of Tiles and Paver product lines, including materials, styles, and current trends.

2.

Marketing:

• Promoting company and products through social media, email marketing, and other platforms.

3.

Sales Process:

• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to final purchase.
• Prepare and present quotes, process transactions, and facilitate shipping with the delivery company.

4.

Administrative Duties:

• Complete sales documentation and manage customer accounts accurately.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Basic QuickBooks management.

5.

Showroom Duties:

• Maintain the showroom's appearance by ensuring it is organized, and visually appealing.
• Verify that all products are properly displayed.
