Role:
Customer reach out , Data entry, Customer Catch product introduction, Chanel sales team interaction Job Description- Clearly explain products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs, concerns, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Guide customers in making informed decisions through effective communication and consultative selling.
- Process new service installations accurately through the ordering system.
- Manage customer milestones from order placement through successful service activation.
- Escalate milestone-related issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct the initial billing review with customers to confirm accuracy and address any questions.
Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000 a yearBenefits
