Office Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to assist our sales executives. In this role, you'll be taking on all the repair requests that our sales executives get from their customers. You'l be both directly and indirectly dealing with the customers to coordinate getting their watch repaired, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our sales team in regards to all repairs. We have a young and ambitious team, and would love if you we're the same. Work is something we all look forward to and have a blast doing it, all while maintaining a high level of work output.

Must have:

• A+++ Customer service
• Typing proficiency
• Phone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure if needed
• Very responsive and responsible
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
