Position Overview:

Mercedes-Benz of Naples is seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering a luxury experience while ensuring clear communication and efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a premium experience from arrival to departure
• Accurately document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Upsell services and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle needs
• Ensure all work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards and customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (luxury brand experience a plus)
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
