Receptionist - Premier Feline-Only Veterinary Practice Naples, FL | $17-$20/hour | Full-Time Help us redefine what exceptional feline veterinary care looks like! Cats deserve more than veterinary care that simply happens to include them, they deserve a practice built around them. Cat Care Clinic of Naples is a feline-only veterinary practice in with an ambitious goal: to become recognized as the premier destination for feline veterinary medicine and to help elevate the standard of care for cats in our community and beyond. We are building a practice where feline medicine, patient experience, client education, and compassionate service are held to an exceptionally high standard; and we're looking for a veterinary receptionist who wants to be part of building that. This is more than just a front-desk position. Our Receptionists are a critical part of the experience we create for every client and every cat who walks through our doors. You will be the first person many of our clients meet—and your ability to create a calm, welcoming, knowledgeable experience will set the tone for everything that follows. What you'll do Welcome clients and their feline family members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Create a calm and positive experience for cats and their people from the moment they arrive to the moment they walk out Answer phones and communicate confidently and accurately with clients about appointments, services, and general questions Coordinate closely with the veterinary team to keep appointments and patient flow running smoothly Communicate important information clearly and compassionately Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area Learn about feline medicine and our practice philosophy so you can confidently represent the level of care we provide Contribute ideas that improve the client and patient experience Help us continually raise the bar for what clients should expect from a feline veterinary practice Who we're looking for We want someone who is proud of the work they do and understands that excellence is found in the details.
