Insurance CSR (4-40)

Insurance CSR (4-40) Successful Insurance Company in Jonesville is seeking a CSR to add to their growing team. Company has a great team environment, extensive training, and opportunity for advancement. Candidates should be friendly, dependable and reliable, organized, with professional presentation and possess their 4-40 license. Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering and routing calls Providing customer service to clients who call in for various policy needs Calling/following up with insurance carriers on policies Data entry of insurance information Printing/reviewing reports, generating letters on Word and mailing them to clients Other tasks as assigned by the agents and management.

Requirements:

2+ years' Customer Service experience in the insurance industry 4-40 insurance license required Capable Typist and computer user with proficiency in Microsoft Word Love working with people and providing great customer service experiences Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required Commercial Insurance experience highly preferred Position will work Day Shift, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm and will pay 19 - 21/hr depending upon experience.
