This is an entry-level opportunity , and no prior insurance or sales experience is required . We provide training to the right candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , enjoys helping people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn about insurance products and sales. Responsibilities Assist customers in English and Spanish by phone, in person, and through other communication channels. Learn and explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy information. Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with insurance quotes and applications. Follow up with potential customers and leads. Build positive relationships with customers and provide personalized service. Learn company systems, insurance products, and sales procedures. Maintain accurate customer information and policy records. Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals. Follow company procedures and applicable insurance regulations.
