Warren Henry Automotive Group seeks a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our luxury dealerships. In this role, you'll schedule service appointments, coordinate repair orders, verify warranty and maintenance coverage, and communicate with customers regarding status, estimates, and pickup. You'll collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, dealership or automotive service experience, and comfort using DMS/CRM systems.
